Well, just went LD 4 times in a row, each time I tried to log on the Update server was down.
When I finally returned I had died ( lagging into mob) and only 3 were online, so I assume the server is down. Time 06:35.

This isnt the first time the server was downed in early hours!
I know this is an online grafical game and there are many factors that can go wrong. But it strikes me that these server " problems" seem to come when least people are online..Lucky coincidence? or just some minor adjustments that needed to be made. If minor adjustments, it would be nice if we had a small warning.
If the servers can work in primetime ( for me 18-24), then they should be able to work at any hour or is there asymetric infomation.

From UK mainland to GOA run European DAoC Servers = 99% of the time Lagged (either a lot or very little but always bad at start of a session)but usually have yellow or worse middle icon.

From UK mainland to Mythic run US Servers = 99% no lag at all . Ever. Even big raids etc that I went on didnt lag me as much as Mag Mell or Mularn with 12 people standing around.


Go figure.

run it for a couple of hours and send the logs to goa helps em iron out the problems in the line atm
