Servers merge EU and US is it true or merely a rumor ?

Im thinking of activate my eu accounts if they are merging but i want to be sure before i start paying up, i have been on all the official places but no word about a merge.

mythic are having the playerbase
moving them to a US hosted server
all eu servers to become 1 mega EU cluster, in the US data center. will include character transfers

I thought the playerbase was being shifted to a Mythic owned server hosted in Germany, you tell lies
