Servers gone silly?

Ok, when i started DAoC thismorning,

it downloads/ updated game.dll
it has NOT updated to 1.60 off the US servers.
I get to the screen with the picture,
it gets to either:

1) Connecting to service
Retrying
Retrying
Retrying
Hit ESC to exit game

OR

2) Opening Datagram socket
Hit ESC to exit game


is anybody else having problems?
