dunno what ISP you are on or what route, bit Ive just had a session with 9sec+ ping to GoA due to a massive hop from mfnx to london.opentransit
Seems to have eased off now, ping is under 2 secs :/

There were some routing problems at about that time cause LINX had a switch fail that screwed up routing from a load of UK isps.
Guess that's what caused it but the switch is supposed to have been replaced now and thing should be ok again

yeah, earlier i was testing in excalibur server, all was going so good its usual goes.
after 4 pm gmt moved to prydwen, and short time 3-4 ld, after last one, things start get better.

o...m...g since the patch I have an LD on TWO DAYS IN A ROW! I barely ever go LD... that bring my all-time eu daoc retail LD total to almost 10.
