server Population on excalibur

I hear that GoA are making a server pre TOA, no items but still retain the zones, does the european servers have this now? if it has i may consider returning, what the the population stats of the game now as it gone down hill?

Not everyone spends their entire lives lurking on forums, give him a break.
Having said that, doing about 5 seconds of research on these very forums would have answered your questions, the official Goa website would also answer the questions in a few seconds.
Doing at least the minimum amount of work to help yourself is more likely to encourage other people to help you.

Your info is a little off, there are new servers with no ToA at all except the races. No ToA zones and so no way to get items or do encounters from ToA. The English one is called Glastonbury and it has it's own boards just above Excal/Prydwen on FH if you want to ask questions about the atmoshere there.
Excal/Pryd has taken a hit in population but I wouldn't say it was dead. It has been quiet but numbers are climbing again as people get over the novelty of Glastonbury.
