just wondering if anyone has noticed a bit of a drop in the server quality lately? little spikes here & there

We'v had sporadic problems with Level 3 and some ISP's have had problems to LEvel 3 as well. We hope the move (real soon now) will remedy these issues.

, my ping to bw is around 400ms atm because of level3 
..
any ideas if the connection to europe (particularly Austria) will be better after the move?
