The shield's 37~ imbue with a crappy reactive damageshield :/

The only good thing about it, is that it's fast.

I can buy the shield for some gold tho, my PVE shield's running at 35% dur. Using legion shield

This is what screw's up 99% of ppl's SC suits overcapping energy to 100%

Pity about the proc 2 :/

I hope a pally use's it ......... If I see 1 more paladin using a small shield and then tell's me it's to save end I am gonna deliver a 360 Degree Drop kick to the sack of the person saying this clever statement.
