Selling my house...

As it says I'm selling my house, but I'm in doubt of the price.

The dude next to me set his lot for sale at 65p(lot 1156), and now it's sold.

So I'm wondering if those are the prices or what?

There are almost no lots 4 sale so prices must be going high?

Any help would be Sehr Über!

thats most likely the reverse auction thing of an empty lot, starts at 100p ends at 300g (or something close to that)

Starts at a silly plat price then it decreases by either 200g or 1plat every real time hour, going right down to 300g i believe, alot of lots are being sold now as people maybe didnt have time over christmas and new year to log in and pay teh rent :S

From your post I understand (like others have) that you seen the little sign thing which when you click it tells you the price of the house and it was at 65P... This means the person beside you lost his house for not paying rent.

Only way to sell a house is to post it on FH and then do a transfer of deeds. (from my understanding anyway).

So I would say no this is not the price for a house. You have to take into consideration the size of your house, its location, and how many other houses are up for sale. (Not very many atm)
