From Meath market folow the river west, cross the bridge. in front of you is Foines

Room for 2 crafttools (forge, lathe etc..)
Room for 4 merchants
4 weeks rent payed (800g)
The house is empty atm, i have the house title on my character for fast transfer.

Considering that people has usually been selling for 50-75% of cost, I fail to see how this can be "very cheap"

i sell for 8p, that is 5,3p profit
Hell yes that is cheap 65% even less than 75% learn count imo

i payed it 1p, and i think minimum is 500g anyway

I never said that the price was fixed anyway. in a few weeks the house disapear and then noone is happy, if i sell it then 1 person made a nice profit. For me, i dont care coz i quit on excalibur (for now) that is why i sell it, if i return i have a bit money to start again.
