Is it possible to sell the house/lot back to an NPC?
I want to buy a lot somewhere else and noone wants my old lot
Waiting for the thing to run out of cash from the lockbox takes like forever...

when i put cash into my box it says 'are you sure ? this money can not be removed from it' or summit like that ...or is that just me ?

You can find the free lot's at the official community homepage of DAoC
http://daoc.goa.com/en/
Click 'Roll of Honour' -> Register -> realm -> 'hide the occupied lots' -> browse through the 6 housing zones to find the currently 10 free lots.
