it is, and yes you can trade it, the price is a bit funky tho

cheapest on CM's is mine(3P atm.) other is 5 and 7, been alot higher before

don't see anything wrong with the price as it's not guaranteed that you get it when doing the main-quest and you can't repeat it

trolling? I'm not hi-jacking other ppl's threads trying to undercut 'em or undermine their chances to sell like some other ppl (and yes I jump on THEM 'coz they are just twatty) ... the Origin of the Harpies quest can easily be messed up so you lose the chance to get the items required for the Charm ... hence 4p aint a bad price for an item that you can't get yourself anymore under some circumstances ... that's all I was saying and isn't trolling (you might wanna check a dictionary for the definition of trolling)
