the stuff you buy for 7xp is a lawn (land)
houses will allways cost the same but lawns get cheaper and cheaper...

Try appraise on merchant, maybe you get your money back at full. Not sure, but it could be true as i know this happens with the decoration items.

if i buy that cottage deed at a merchant now.. will it then be valid until it is being used or only for a limited number of days? And whn i bought a ground, will the house then just be buold there immeadely when i got a deed?
