Tbh doesnt seem that good at all. GoV seems alot better than that. but depends if u want ML10 gear and as some1 said above about looking good.
There is a quest called Jashan's Brother in Toa and u get a huberk with 10% heal bonus and 8% buff bous and some other bits and it looks just as good.

The stats are pretty good UV, but its the abilities that make them really stand out. Dispel(Purge), Summon Elemental and 100% Nearsight.

If you have those items Martok use them you muppet, in GG if you can target the Bard/Healer in the group and use the ability on the cloak you would make you will nearsight them for 100%, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU NOT USING IT IN THE KF GG's!?!?!?!?!?!?! Get out the sodding items and use them.

I think you missed out the info I gave about the cloak stats as most people seem to be under the impression that the chest is for in an SC, when its just to make the cloak that is useful in an SC.

Equip Items, use them, take item off and just keep cloak on. Re-equip GoV etc.

Oh and SoM ain't all that when you're in a group. Plenty go for Feathered Wrap and others.

Never used to have that, used to be able to make it and take em off from what I was told.

From my experience, you only have to have the BP equipped, the legs and wep can be changed for something else.
