Worth nothing as staff really. Lights drop loads of different staffs, all suitable for /salvage if u want the wood.

Use it for 5 mins till its worn out - then salvage it.
Same as all other white light staffs really.

ya thought so just going to have to start a fletcher seems such a waste selling 1000's of duskwood to the merchants all the time :/

Those staffs salvage for about 66g if i don't remember wrong, i don't know what merchants sell em for, but i doubt +50% comes anyway near salvage value.


Anyway i usualy sell em for 30g+/staff i diogel, if no guild wc is avalible.

I was talking about the Appraise value of the wood, not the staffs.
So if u can sell the wood for 66g to the merchants I buy the staff for 99g.
I use the wood for crafting, so I would normally have to buy the wood for around 132g.
This way we all make extra money

This I will do with duskwood/Tempered Leather/Silksteel Cloth/Arcanium

Staffs salvage for either 18 or 36 duskwood. So I wouldnt pay more than 15g a piece.

Duskwood is 2g per piece to buy from merchants. So if you only pay 15g for a staff that salvages for 36 or 72g worth of wood then you're ripping the poor guy off. Josh pays 27 or 54g per staff.


And I pay the same rate as Josh on top-level salvage loot (and it's better than the 10g per diamond seal going rate, btw).
