What's the daddio of p2p music "trialling" apps these days? I was using soulseek for ages but the number of hits per song seems to be abysmal now.

I know it's a dodgy subject so feel free to smack me down but I was just curious.

I use DC++ personally, because theres hubs that cater for different genres.

DC++ is the big pimp in my search for cheap thrills. 10mbit hubs for most stuff, specialised metal hubs for the wierd stuff. Oh and torrents when nothing else works.

At 1/10 of the dl rate and often lower in quality actually since you have to depend on the idiots that start spreading it. Also it takes alot more of the computer to have torrents running. I can still game with dc++ in the background without serious lags.

On another note, mpc > mp3. :)
