Second account question

Just bought a second account hoping to make the four character transfer.
According to the British 'Knowledgebase', "this facility is not supported " is something like the words I read about 10mins ago... Can anyone confirm whether or not transfer is available in Europe please?

Aye think they did say something about doing the same thing on europe eventually, tho I guess that'll take a while... And prolly overpriced like in us :x

Still to be introduced in Europe.

It is available on the US servers (at a price thou).

So common sense would say that they would introduce it here eventually ... will no doubt cost approx. 20 Euro per transfer at a guess.
