SCSI hard drives

Right I'm looking to add SCSI to my system as I have been playing with them at work and have decided that they are damn fast. And worth the upgrade.

The question is what SCSI card would you lot recommend for a 68 pin hard drive etc.

I'm looking at a fujitsu 9GB HDD.

Cheers people

Yep I am trying to do it on the cheap :( but I would add better drives as and when.

My current drive is only 6.4GB ATA/33, so SCSI is gonna be a damn sight better!

If it wasn't for my other half and my damn car I would spend more. Gotta replace all the tyres on my car at £90 a corner :(

IDE ATA 100 is faster (sustained and burst) than all but SCSI LVD Drives. Standard SCSI is best at queued file transfers, ie Servers but for workstations and gaming rigs, IDE ATA 100 0wns. Damn sight cheaper too.

Mmm it just seems that the SCSI system I have here running NT whips the ATA/100 system. Both are P3 800 with 256MB RAM

If I go SCSI I'll get the IBM UltraStar LVD Hard Drive.
