Ok then just a simple question for which im sure some juvenile delinquent will have an answer .
Have used numerous isp`s over the years and still use up to several different ones at the moment .
Why is it when i use BTinternet i always get port scanned for Sub Seven ,Back Orifice , Netbus ect ect and when i do a trace route on the ip it is always by someone using BTinternet .This can happen 20 times a night with BTinternet and once a week at the most with other isp`s .
I reckon the perpetrators deserve at least to have their pocket money stopped by mummy and daddy :) .
Any techies out there know why this only seems to happen with BTinternet ? .

I really don't care about 'em.
They can't get in so I ignore all but the most blatent attacks/scans/call it what you want. Those I email to the ISP involved with date, time, description and log snippet enclosed.
Up to now I've only had cause to do it once.
