but ive got a querry that I guess is best answered on this forum

After you have taken an ingame screenshot how do you view it latter?

Well i just rename them to *.jpeg and view them in my pic program...

I use ACDsee . But download most viewing proggies (PSP etc) should do it.

In your very own DAoC directory.

To be fair they are very hard to find if you dont have a program installed to view them because they are standard icons amoungst all the other crap in the daoc directory.

I had no idea you could just rename the extension, I use XnView which seems pretty good but a bit simple.

named
sshot000.tga
etc

problem is I now I try renaming them using jpeg & dragin into internet explorer & they dont work?
also tried just leaving them & opening them as they are but no look. guess im goning to have to look at another graphics program.

ill try acdsee becasue i use that at work sometimes

I use photoshop , alsp superb for editing them too

i use psp 7, just open it up then file>save as jpg

the best program for viewing the screenies is ACDsee, but if you are interested in editing them I would recommend photoshop or paintshop pro or some other program like that..

just do a search on ACDsee on google and you can download it as a trial version if you cant get a hold of the warez version

ACDSee is the best program for just viewing pictures that I have come accross. Been using it for years! Accept no substitute (unless you really have something better and in which case I want to know what )
