Question option since A; i want to know and B; while i have a high pain tolerance, i'm not quite sure HOW high it is and in no hurry to find out

Actually i believe the result would be so;

Balls being round, or egg shaped, the nail would most likely(when force applied) slip from the steel ball and depending on the angle, in best case scenario rip your bag to shreads, or in worst case pivot up and make good work of your organic dildo(tm).
