do the later camps let you set up close to lairs?

i just started scouting as a way to earn some dosh and i find it near impossible to find a spot that will let me set up as it says you are too close to a lair, but i can see no lairs around

You got map set at 64m? set it at 128..

I haven't noticed any changes with improved camps regardning this. Only that it is protecting better from aggro mobs and let u heal up quicker.

I get that problem sometimes and it's really quite annoying.

No the improved camps etc. don't let you put them any nearer to lairs you just have to run about trying to find somewhere away from lairs which can be hard in some areas..
