Wind Bracer is from ML7, Demon Blood ring is a Catacombs drop look on CM's normaly go between 5 and 10plat, Blade Shadow is the Summon Weapon from Croc tooth dagger(Bit of a pain in the ass but well worth it

not true atall, i very rarely use my bow an i beat loads in melee on really high RR assasins beat me in melee, the reason scout have crap melee is cos they're all told u have crap melee so the spec like 20 melee an ofc its gonna be crap it its that low

As long as it has a mezz/root feedback, that insta kills the Scout while trying to shoot mezzed/rooted targets every template is fine.
