Apart from that it's not bad. But that's a BIG "apart".

Why wear a belt of the sun if you're not going to use the weapon ?

Change BoS for that belt with str and dex to cap bonuses, will get you about 11-12 dex or so.

The Zahur's Ring there is rather pricey, maybe ditch RoD for a ring with +dex cap off ML1.5 or so, now thats 17-18dex to cap, SL ain't that good in NF from vids I've seen so far, seems MoStealth > SL there.

So thats about 17-18 dex to cap, will push you into the 39x range if your a saracen.

Has alot of arts, 8 in it, have fun lvling. ;-D

Might want to think about taking the +hits off hte shield and replacing it with +shield (which you have none of as far as I can see).

If I were you I'd ditch GS for a heat and cold LW, especially as they change the stats in NF to be identical and have +dex.
I've got GS, its a bitch to get (more than 1FG really) + doesn't always drop. Don't get me wrong, its nice and all that but I've not seen the proc go off yet

Also, don't rely on so many arties, you will never ever get them all levelled unless you're an insane person who is prepared to spend 16hrs a day for a month or 2 levelling them all.

If I were you I'd look at ML rewards, dropped armour bits and quested items. These will save you all that levelling time and the pain of getting them.

Few items to look at:
Naxos Mother-of-Pearl Necklace - Quested
Krojer's Dexterity Ring - ML1.5 reward
Ring of Seven Souls - Quested
Cyclops-bone armour - ML9 drops (not wonderful but pretty cheap, helm prob best)
Soot tainted boots - SoM drop (cheap)
Desmona's Necklace - ML1.9 drop (bit rare)
Pants of the Transfixer - ML9.10 drop (rare)

I wouldn't be 2 assed about getting all your magic resists perfect either. Lets face it, certain resists will only be useful against chars that run in FG and if you're hit by a FG, you're toast anyway regardless of your +26 resist
