Scout spec

Hi.

What generally considered a good all round scout spec?

I'm 50 long bow, 42 Shield, 36 stealth and I think 18 in thrust.

Is it wise to have 50 in Lb or should it be lower? Heard the damage cap isnt much diff between low 40's and 50 in Lb.

Should I have a lower stealth and better weapon spec? Or even go slash?

Tbh I get owned in hth way to quickly and want to hold me own.

Any help is appreciated.

Regardless of your melee spec you're unlikely to beat a lot of opponents if they're able to jump you. I'd drop lbow to 45, and raise thrust to 35. More dmg/ws etc.

my spec is 45 LB 34 steath 42 sheiled an 29 slash (amethist slash has a high to hit bouns witch is ver y useful considering the low weapon skill) iv'e heard alot of people are respecing to this fo NF so looks like ive acctually done somthing right with my wierd briton slash scout

All depends on the way you want to play.

I'm currently 45 bow, 29 slash and I have to say I don't like it. I miss having 50 bow; regardless of what people say, it does make a noticeable difference (or maybe I'm just fussy). I've also noticed that I have lower melée weaponskill with 29 slash than I used to have with 20 thrust.

I'll be going back to 50 bow, 20 thrust as soon as I get a respec stone (or 1.70 arrives and I get a free respec).
