shainton wind bracer x2 around 30p each
zahurs ring around 60-100p
ring of silent oblivion around 30p
never even seen that belt before but i bet that costs a pretty penny too

Yes it contains some very expensive items but the belt is one of the cheaper ones (5plat ish). If you want the best its going to cost you money unfortunately.

for Sniper, just cap dex/quit/con/HP maybe energy/body/cold(if you want) run round with CL resist buffs.

it's a pretty simple basic sniper template, hardest item: Ring of Moirai & SC parts. & costs less with better archer oriented design - Hits harder, further range

Zahur ring cost max 30p now a days. Thou the Shainton bracers i think is close to imposible to get, as i saw none of cm last time i checked for scout... go farm ml7 ppl
