I could not wait with getting my SC'd gear till SI (silly me) so I did it last week using DF diamond items, and the lvl 43 epic ring you get as a scout. I did take into account 2 SI bracers though, but ignored the scout cloak quest you can do in SI, that gives a nice reward.
But I did cap con, dex, quick, str 65, hits 200, skills on longbow, stealth and shield +11, slash +8. The most important resists capped at 26%, like heat, body, cold, slash, thrust, crush.
I used no special dropped items. In SI there will be a pretty good dropped armor, will be interesting. It has self heal procs of 220 hp, so will be trying to get hold of that

well I dont like those resist on bow and the + hits? when you get nuked you change to sword/shield and charge or run off?
and + hits is useless if you get PAd becuz you change weapon to slam and lose the extra hits
but it looks nice

scout should only need to worry about dd/bolt/dot & cc spells think u can drop the pbaoe (spirit/energy), or at least not cap it.. or just settle for 20% to all magik and cap melee resists/skills instead.

the energy resists comes from jewelry, i have none on my armor.
i could raise shield and thrust a bit... bow is 44+6(items) + RA that i dont have atm... so i think its enough...
stealth 33+4(6 when bow equipped) isnt that enough?
