I know most of the resists are crap.. but there's a reason:
The only resists scout really needs is slash (sb's), body (posion)
and some thrust (ns)
If any of the other resists are needed... You're probably dead
soon anyways, resists won't matter much when a hib caster
starts nuking you etc
