Just wondering

With the See Hidden ability... how are you planning on speccing?

I was thinking of:
20 stealth
38 thrust
42 shield
47 longbow

Or with the camouflage i could stay with

35 stealth
47 longbow
42 shield
21 thrust

With camouflage, detect hidden will still find me?

Yes, camo merely negates SH, you still have normal stealth spotting rules.
