not really I think, hes asking if ToA bonuses are applied before or after dexterity.
The thing is, dexterity doesnt do anything to your maximum damage, it only helps you to reach that maximum. eg. with higher dexterity you'll be hitting your cap more than someone with low dexterity, both people will (afaik) have the same maximum, which is dictated by bowspec, bowspeed and toa bonuses.
Toa bonuses should - I think - be added straight onto those figures in the chart, so with 10% bow damage instead of doing say 528.3 at 50+11 bowspec with a 5.5 speed bow, you should do 581.13 ish.
