Sci-Fi Movies - Cyborg

Just wondering if anyone can recommend any good futuristic/Sci-Fi movies .... particularly ones with a theme on cyborgs e.g. Metropolis, Bladerunner, Ghost in the Shell, Tetsuo.

I, Robot is fun, not really hugely thought provoking but a good laugh none the less.

I always enjoyed the usual fare for that, Terminator, Robocop etc. trying to think of some more but none spring to mind...Although There's always Cyborg Agent if you want something craptastic!

Or the JCVD film "Cyborg" 80s Sci Fi at its worst.
