Is this arti usable by skalds, as in the aura of kings level 10 charge. it says partial use but dunno what that means if anyone can help out with this would be great

yes it is useable by skalds. and i think the "partial use" means you don't get full use from it.

its used by skalds yes but its not a very good /use2 tbh.... well it is but theres better ones malice 2h, battler in 1h for /use2 ... or battler 2h malice 1h for same thing. but if ye want the aura of kings get spear of kings 2h.

For one thing, Scepter of the Meritorious is not a L50 weapon AFAIK (at least it isn't on my Healer), so you will not get full DPS and henceforth not full damage.

get SoK instead? same thing but is aoe, scepter one is not aoe stuffs just self buff, and im not expert but isnt battler better for 1h charge?

battler 1h for charge and malice 2h for proc.

SoK on a Skald is kinda useless. Chants don't work 2 at a time.

Battler and Malice, that is the way to go.
