OK, after much calculating and stuff I managed to get this one out. All items I have in vault/on me:

It's for theurgists, but with a bit of fiddling around with focus; but you only need to change staff to get it correct for another caster. It caps out hp/con/dex/int, gives you +7 skill and 3-focus staff (if I XP'ed I noticed the cost of baseline-root alot) and the resists are very decent (body/energy/cold/heat/slash capped, crush/thrust/matter 1 from cap, spirit 2 from cap).

Downsides: It requires 1 MP-clothpiece and overcharging, so it might take some time to get it done.
