SC Template Questions

I have just bought a full set of lvl 51 leather for my friar but need a bit of help in setting up the template.

Am i right in thinking that all spec skills can be pushed to +15 and that the max of any resist is 50%?

What are the caps on my base stats?

What are the best resists to get?

Are there 36 imbue points per armour piece?

Approx how much will the whole sc job cost?

What else do i need to take into consideration?
