SC template question

Getting ready for respeccing to thrust so I'm making up a new template. I've seen that in a patch or 2 the ancient copper necklace joins a few other quest items (like the Bracer of the Strong) in becoming non-tradeable. My question is is it possible to redo any of those quests once the items are worn out? If its the case that they are non-tradeable and you can never redo the quest then seems little point in basing a template on them, because once they are worn out there is no way to replace them.

Wouldn't worry about stuff wearing out tbh, When we had just classic, I spent ages getting as high resists as high as pos but keeping my important stats high to function proper. Then came Spell craft and SI. With it came new items, New templates. Capped stats and resists. Next we'll have ToA, Over stats, +con to con cap and such like, Most will be redoing there template as and when the items they require are obtained. IMO, SC for now, worry later when its screwed
