SC template help

Got a bit of a problem, that is me being crap at doing templates especially when its this hard.. what i need to do is cap LA/Axe/Stealth/CS + all the rest with 99% gear (cleaver/dbl) with no SI jewelry (unless it can be bought for ~~1p)

Any suggestions/tips/whatever would be appreciated

This template has 4 df items, 1boi (wraiths in raum), spun silk (questitem), and 2 bracers from Hamar in DG. It caps skills,stats,hits and melee resists. If you wanna cap the rest of the resists I think you will need better jewelry and/or MP armor/weaps.
