wondered if this spec is anygood...

i intend to pa with a 2 hander then switch to duel weilding the rest of the fight

LA is at 34 to keep dmg variation at a minimum i.e. will be using cs styles...

but if you insist on going SB, go for CB instead since LA is a tad broken now

garrote or plague as anytimer, hamstring-combo as backupstyle.

and remember to only wield one axe at the time and switch between a couple of those to apply the different venoms whilst fighting.

and if you dont count on killing the subject with PA+CD, then use 1h for PA and maybe switch to 2h for CD, but dont start with 2h for PA since then you'll be standing there waiting for a few secs

This is the spec that Solid posted and it seems to be the best duel wield spec I have seen

Dualist reflexes is 'said' to be equivalent to about 6 trains in LA so 25 + 12(dr2) +11 items + 4 (rr5) = effective LA of 52.

The styles for a spec like this are all CS styles the LA points are just there to cut down on the duel weild penalty but still get a good weapon skill and evenom

Aye, I like this spec so far, works fantastic in duels, still to trial it in RvR, not played yet since the fix to CS Openers and Bladeturn.

Will test it out tonite.

Well when you go out to the frontiers, come back and tell us if that 'fix' really is working, as I got PA bladeturned twice last night when trying to hurt Hibbies in Odins.

In-realm, Diendale and Animus let me PA them (level 40 and 50 Runies respectively) and it worked fine.

And a 2h pa is a nice thing to see..but yes, you do tend to stand there for a few seconds looking silly and hoping nobody notices.

And if you like being murdered by Infiltrators and Nightshades, try this spec (which I am) :

CS 50
Axe 50
Stealth 35
Envenom 11

Just dont expect to solo in Emain, and you'l be fine. I try to run with a group, and harass an enemy mage until his support notices and beats the hell out of me. But at least thats a mage not casting on the rest of the (more useful) group.

I went i very simmiluar spec on mine:

39 CS
27 LA
34 Stealth
31 Envenom

I use cs styles and it have worked very good so far. I am starting to enjoy my sb again.

Bile, a former SB TL, posted a specc like this on the VN Boards

he claimed that in all his testing, this specc got the best overall damage.

If anyone wants to try it, go ahead.

Personally I don't like having Envenom that low.
