SB spec? need some help..

CS:
lots of utility like snares, attack speed debuffs, absorb debuffs and of course the high-damage from stealth openers
LA:
you regain a good part of your basedamage when dualwielding but lack the utility. Some positional Styles, overall less styles to manage.

a good allround spec for early SBs:
39 weapon
39 la
39 cs
35 stealth
remaining in venom.
Change after rr ofcourse to get the composite.
at higher rr, you can modify your spec alot better aswell.
My current build is

better imo, gets some less weapon, still get after evade 7 sec stun.. dont really need stunning stab, and 36 stealth just because its a nice low rr spec in stealth imo

As for weapons...
Well I would like if my template could contain a legendary sword and Malice Axe, with Battler as 2handed. but I couldnt build a template I liked
It would have made switching to a new weapon so much easier once the enemy has purged your dot, or for thos long fights.
Currently Im using Battler+Malice with CL2handed, which makes it pretty much impossible for me to switch.
I then got a LGM matter sword in packback.
I put Debuff on Battler, Dot on Malice, Disease on 2handed, and mezzpoison on matter-weapon.
For your template -
Malice is a must, for the debuff-proc
Battler debuff is SO nice to have, so get it, just for debuff atleast
GOV... no GSV, Its ugly and if it shapeshift your enemy its harder to see what styles you should use / what abilities he uses
MS, has a nice abs proc, but dont use the morph... I dont have this item
CB / GoLM - for that quickcasting sorcie (GOLM is also nice for cure Ressick)
PHN - If you fit it in, your a killing machine when its up
Resists
26 Body, Heat, Slash, Trust
20+ Cold/Crush
11+ Energy, Spirit, Matter
Procs and Charges
Stats
95+ str (101 for PA)
85+ con
74+ qui (depending on starting points, 10 in this case if your norse)
15+ dex (least important, but nice to have)
300+ hits
Water potion - duh
End Barrel
Haste Barrel (Unless you can get a healer bot which is soooo nice)
Healing Barrel
AF charges if you can be arsed (I couldnt so I put it as reative on armour)
Dont get ablative imo if you gonna use Shades of Mist for buff-proc, get some DOTs instead, or healing procs if your a rich git.
I got 2 dots and 2 AF. But that depends if your as lazy as me
The template i made for myself isnt uber or anything, but I honestly cant be arsed to spend most my ingame time looking at the clock and try to remember if my charges are up/Timers are down...
Im not a mean killing machine, but I have fun, and thats what counts I guess?
Given I havent gotten a whine-thread here on FH yet, I guess im not doing everything right yet, tho I still climb into Beno/Crim to kill BBs, attack support on a FG, attack people who fall off stick, add if a realm-mate is loosing (unless they have asked me not to), add if i see two of the enemy realms fighting (alb/hib in this case) unless its a lower realmrank engaging the battle and winning, I let him get his win, then I try to nick the leftovers.
Or my favourit - attack a FG rebuffing after a fight, with mez-poison (many usually burned their purge)
But good luck in the stealther world, sure there is lots of whining and stuff, but its a whole new aspect of the game, being able to choose your own battles.
