Yep thats about spot on.

Purge. then dump anything and everything in passives. Unless your feeling a little adventurous and go for Shadowrun 4tehwin!!

Aug str 3 is recommended also.

Think I'll start with some str and con to help the endless farming sessions to let me make my fully SC'd 102 MP suit

Does dodger get affected by the 50% evade cap when you have red buffs and the like ?

Is toughness better than Aug Con ?

for each level of the ability it adds a certain percentage of elemental damage.

Adds a 10% per level xxx damage-add to non-magical attacks

Rain of Fire/Ice/Annihalation are pretty useless really.. They add 3-8 damage tops for each hit for 1 min, 15 min recast. Just a damage add that stacks with the RM/Shaman one

I think the 50% evade is a hard cap, buffed fully I think you'll hit it, so not sure if dodger is needed for a botted assasin, unbuffed(yes there are some, rare tho ;P) I'd recomend it.

Get ra's to up your dmg, purge is the main thing.

as it is now, buffed vs buffed against high WS people dodger WILL make you hit hard cap.

they removed dodger from frontiers couse of it :>

(cant remember how it worked well enough, but read about it ;>)
