If i overcapp str heavily, that would help me when i get str/con debuffed yes or no ?

2 GsV "charge" meens that if i got 29 slash(racial) and equip it, it will automaticly add upp to 32 or is it JUST a 3% overcapp in melee resists ?

3 Its been discussed wildy i know, but how sure are we that evade are 100% quickness ?

1. u can have a +26 stre capp with toabonuses , a total of 101 stre , so yes u more stre the better dmg after stre/con debuff

2. 26 max resist + racial of a norse +3 = 29 + GsV = 32 slash

3. Evade, 50% dex and 50% quick , + 300 dex and 250 quick will do just fine , some sb argue that 350 dex is the max dex u should have to have the most evade rate

atm i have 343 dex and my evade rate has gone up against when i had +310

1 I have 25 str capp in my template and 120 STR, ie im overcapping str with 20.
Thoose 20 points does nuffing for me when im not debuffed, But will they when
i do get debuffed ?

3 SBs on Prydwen claim that Evade is 100% quickness only. Wich i think sounds fishy.

1. no those extra stre does nothing for u , 101 stre is cap
