1 If i overcapp str heavily, that would help me when i get str/con debuffed yes or no ?

2 GsV "charge" meens that if i got 29 slash(racial) and equip it, it will automaticly add upp to 32 or is it JUST a 3% overcapp in melee resists ?

3 Its been discussed wildy i know, but how sure are we that evade are 100% quickness ?

1) str overcap, i.e get max over cap will let you have higher str when str/con debuffed (if you fill out the str cap)

2) afaik the gsv resist charge thingie is like a 1 person aura that pulses? not sure tho

3) evade is dex/qui, know this out of experience. But you dont gain any evade effects by getting dex over 300. (tested from 350 dex - 300 dex, no differance.

2. When GSV is equipped (also after zoning or relog) you raise you melereists with 3%. the small reisistbuff stays as long you wear the vest and stay alive in the same zone. you have to reactivate it now and then after zoneing or dieing (doubleclick it)

GSV thing is basically a free version of PD2 yes. As a Kobold I get 26%+3% = 29% melee resists with it, a Norse SB with racials will get even more.

Nice for an SB, reduces slash vulnerability.

Yes. Your damage stat is 100% str so every point of str you add is gonna help.

GsV resist buff is a passive buff that u always have when its equipped. Belt of the sun resist charge is a /use charge

Evade is 50/50 dex/qui. This was even in one of the grab-bags.
