SB Live 1024 not working ?

It used to work, but now when I put it in, win 2k automatically installs drivers for it, And if I go to sound in control panel I only have the option of using it as a wave out device.

Any ideas?

Strange. If I put a audio cd in , windows media player 7 automatically starts playing it.

Although I am using a usb sound system, which can't play audio cds hence the reason for the sound card. I can't select the sound card for everything else like I could before.

It plays audio cd's now so I'm happy with that

Very strange, although Windows will automatically play a Audio CD even if you don't have a sound card at all...I do believe
