im not really very good at making templates a friend of mine said they would help me but i really dont want to bother here so if anyone has a nice one laying around that i could use please post here i would like it to contain: SoM Gov and Belt of the sun other than that i dont really mind

Do you want many toa bonusses, max stat caps/hit caps, resists, a little of each, any item restrictions (i.e. expensive/hard to get items) ?
