can anyone tell me what the hell the style kelgors claw ( might be claw of kelgor cant remember anyway its the 29 h2h spec style ) actually does because it seems very strange to get a style at this high spec that is just a waste of end.

29 Kelgor's Claw Anytime Proc 'Increased evade'

Which means when using this style you get a bonus to your evasion chance.

TL tests indicate a % increase of 10% chance and it can exceed the 50% cap

As i remember it the 50% evade cap is "the uber hardcap which can not be exceded in any way"
But then again i could be wrong

Yes, evade is 'capped' at 50%. But that doesn't mean you can't evade 9 out of 10 if the dice rolls your way. What the testing showed was that evan though you were statistically capped, Kelgors Claw gave increased evade even with Evade4+buffs+self buff+dodger.

God knows how they work it out.
