i ve heard about DEX affects around 50% to damage on savage

is it true??

i ve always thought that STR affects mainly to all mellee weapons in mid...

and DEX evade/parry/block (mellee class ofc)

and if DEX affect to damage, in what % do it (more or less) ??

Savage H2H is something like (str + dex)/2, whereas 2H is pure strength. Damage type has nothing to do with it, since H2H can be both slash and thrust (like flex for Reavers).

Not all the weapons in midgard are based 100% on STR. Hammers, swords and axes are, of course. But there are other weapons that aren't based 100% on Str.

- Spears aren't based 100% on str.
- Hand to hand weapons are based on 50% str and 50% dex. As Belo said is (str+dex)/2

yep, h2h is str + dex/2 - so make sure to get some nice dex and str overcap!

If you use H2H you can use either Slash or Thrust, and both are (Dex + Str )\2. But the most commonly used weapons are Thrust.. lots of the rog is slash tho

hehe ok never played a savage above lvl 10 and that was almost 2 years ago aswell

Axe, Hammer and Sword are all 100% Str-based.

Spear and Hand-To-Hand (the only Thrust weapons in Midgard) are (Str+Dex)/2.

Staves and Bows are pure Dex.
