Not yet but i did sent message to all GMs to warn them they need to reboot encounter and said i had video. Still need to compress the 500mb (MPEG1) video to upload it through FTP. Will do when i get home.

would say for you to try and check your account properties if mail address is correct but i guess you already checked that, if you have mail spam check if it has been blocked. Afraid they wont accept a request from another player/account. If all dosent work PM Requiel/Xalin/Zenythe using FH mail im sure they can be more helpfull.
