I'd switch the spirit resist on the feet for matter resist for starters, as spirit has no use whatsoever while matter will at least slightly lessen the root timers, which is useful. The template looks alright overall.

ye drop spirit for matter, spirit is the lowest priority resist for albs. any jewellery item with spirit resist on it effectively has much lower util for an alb. also we always got 16% buff from clerics, there wont always be a friar around...

could drop thrust a little too, not very common dmg type apart from bms. pierce bms dont hurt that much anyway due to gimp wepskill and after the upcoming armour table changes they wont stay thrust + your resistant as a plate wearer.
