[HELP] Salvaging

Levelling salvaging at the moment and got it up to 64 on the "Broken Equipment", since you can't buy RvR gear anymore to salvage it you have to farm ze items, only thing I need to know is what item level I need Anyone have an idea? Smt like 64-90 then 90-110 onwards etc

The crafting tier system is a bit whacky. I think 25-74 is t2, 75-124 t3 and 125-175 t4 but the exact limits I am not sure about. Go to auction house and buy the cheapest armor pieces you can find for rank 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19. Remember blues and purples have higher effective rank for salvaging.

These skill values seem to be for green equipment. Blue items appear to require more skill.

Skill 6 is enough for Shattered Equipment.

Skill 25 is not enough for Sundered Equipment, still said skill too low at 25, was able to Salvage Sundered Equipment at skill 26.

Skill 30 was able to Salvage the Sundered Equipment; however failed and Essences were created.

Skill 50, the boots from T1 renown vendor no longer give skill points.

Skill 51, can salvage level 19 items

Skill 66, level 21 items can be salvaged

Skill 76, level 23 items can be salvaged.

Skill 86 , level 25 items.

Skill 96, level 27 items (111 for blue 27 items)

Skill 106, level 29 items

Skill 116, level 31 items

Skill 126, level 33 items

Skill 136, level 35 items

Skill 146, level 37 items

Skill 161, level 39 items
