Just to note that in the last patch, Hibernia's salvage tables were fixed a bit, and some items give substantially more metal when salvaged than they used to, notably everyone's favourite Finlaith Firebrand, which went from 20 to 68 diamond bars, and is now worth over 150g when melted down by a crafter. So if you have one or two or ten in your vault and you need a bit of cash...
