Saints Row 2

Just wondering if anyone else has got this yet?

Played non-stop on Sunday and loved every second of it, it takes all the good stuff from SR1 and improves on it, the 'diversions' are brillant and fun and my GF discovered car surfing while playing it and she loved it.

Storylines pretty much the same as you have to take over the city again, but you don't mind cause its so much fun to play through. Haven't got too much into the customising part of it yet.

Well worth a look, I prefer this to GTA4 as I found it a bit serious and the 'friendship mechanic' annoyed the hell out of me.

I would say that it could have done with a bigger built in soundtrack selection, its more or less the same city but thats not a bad thing and the friendly AI on missions sometimes gets stuck behind things.

Despite my doubts, I really enjoyed SR1. I might pick this up at some point, but I'm skint at the moment, and Fallout 3 is demanding the money from my next paycheque.

I never completed GTA4 as after a while it became a complete BORE fest and this is the view of many a folk i have spoken to on LIVE about GTA4.

Saints Row 2 is pure class it is fun and some of the stuff on there is fucking hilarious such as driving round in a human waste truck shooting SHIT onto snobs houses/cars etc

If you got bored with GTA after driving some idiot around the city for the 50th time then try Saints Row 2 it is pure FUN.

Picking this up as soon as I can like. Like Aada said, GTA4 was complete shite. Loved the first one so I've got high hopes for this.

only 1 thing that made me not wanna get the PC version after playing the console one at a mates house...


paper weight cars... ok its a game but what the fuck?

It's fun, but the story isn't the greatest, and it's rather short.
