Is it just me been negative or is RvR hit its all time low once in a grp it never lasts more than 2 runs and the world seems to be full of Shadowblades and infills. ive played the game since launch and in the days of mid 30's it was real fun whats happened

fear no more, once 1.61/62 hits EU all SB's will most likely cancel their accounts or play another class.

rvr is not the same anymore tho, SC fucked us up real good, resists vs melee/magic is way off the chart now, that and the fucked up RA's that they implemented made the game even worse .. and when they're doing adjustements to the game that requires pinpoint precision they apply the sledgehammer instead

the only good way for rvr is to make a tank with full shield and parry and max out all magic resists, then you wont die much at all

Erm, chanters are getting love in 1.62 last I checked, moving the heat debuff a wee bit higher aint gonna affect them much. Having healerpets working like BDs, dps debuff (insta last I checked), and a zealot pet with heat debuff DD wont gimp chanters, only make them stronger.

SBs just got the final nail in the coffin imo. SBs just had LA damage, NSs still have AP/WA/Viper, Infs still have Dragonfang/2.5 spec/Vanish. Now LA damage is gone, celt NSs are coming, infs are unchanged. Can't say SBs will be competitive after LA gets tweaked.

- We have removed the ability for Celts to become Nightshades, at least for the time being, while we assess the consequences of this change. We may re-implement Celt Nightshades in a future patch, but it won't go live in 1.62. This was removed based on testing feedback that showed the Celt Nightshades may have a distinct advantage in RvR over Lurikeen and Elven Nightshades due to their inherently greater strength. It was not our intent to redefine the class based on a new race/class combo.

Lol, that means that they listend to the NS TL atlast. The 'at least for the time being' part kinda scares me tho. Guessing they'll come in 1.63 or 1.64 instead.

They will prob be in the same patch , where midgaard get's a little tweek so we only can wield max 5.5 dps weapons with a quality of 85, to balance it out hib and alb's get a new command /mp gives you the choise of any master piece equipment you want fully sc'd.....
